Clear labels
Paid profiles carry a Sponsored label. Display placements carry an Advertisement label. A supporter’s logo is not evidence of independent editorial endorsement.
Free factual listings
Businesses may request a standard directory listing without paying. Paid placements are presented separately and do not change the alphabetical order of standard listings.
Property connections
The publication’s ownership has property-sector interests. Material connections must be disclosed in related coverage. Commercial clients do not get to suppress factual reporting or buy a favourable development status.
