Start with your address

Use the full street address when checking a school catchment, bin calendar or journey. Ripley and South Ripley have separate suburb pages, and the two shopping centres are different destinations.

For a particular shop, use the business directory and check the precinct on its listing before heading out.

Sort the household essentials

1. Find your bin day

   Use your own address in Council’s calendar. The bins and recycling guide also points to requests for new bins, repairs and missed collections.

2. Plan your regular trip

   Check the journey for the day and time you expect to travel, including the return trip. Our transport guide links to official information.

3. Keep the useful service links handy

   Find provider information in the health services guide and bookmark the official sources in local alerts.

Get ready for school

For families with school-age children, check the residential address, year level and intended start year before choosing an application. The schools and enrolment guide explains where to find each school’s process and what to ask before the first day.

Keep questions about a move date, enrolment documents, induction, uniforms and before- or after-school arrangements together for your conversation with the school. Send personal documents directly through the school’s official process.

2. Find food and everyday services

   The food and coffee guide separates the two precincts. For other services, filter the directory by category and suburb.

3. Check what is happening nearby

   Use What’s on for dated listings and organiser calendars. Confirm the time, location and booking details with the organiser.
